We are looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns

Main Duties

Duties: –

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns
  • Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations – Upsell products or services to customers when applicable
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed
  • Handle customer complaints or escalations with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues or inquiries
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements & Prospects

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
Desired Qualifications

GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English grade 4 or above

Future Prospects

Full time position upon completion of the apprenticeship
