We are proud to celebrate the success of James Culyer, who has successfully completed his Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician (Electrical) Level 3 apprenticeship with Freudenberg Sealing Technologies.
Over the course of his apprenticeship, James has developed a strong range of technical skills, built valuable hands-on experience, and shown the commitment required to succeed within a demanding engineering environment. Reaching End-Point Assessment is a significant milestone, reflecting both his dedication and the progress he has made throughout his training.
This achievement marks an important step in James’s career, opening the door to further opportunities within the engineering sector and demonstrating the value of high-quality apprenticeship pathways.
We would also like to recognise the vital support provided by Andy Hale (MCIPD), Gill Hogarth and Matthew Chamberlin, who have played an important role in guiding and supporting James throughout his journey. Strong employer engagement is key to apprentice success, and their commitment has helped create the right environment for James to develop and achieve.
To mark this accomplishment, James was presented with his certificate by Michael Pears, recognising the hard work, resilience and dedication that have led to this successful outcome.
Congratulations to James and everyone involved. We look forward to seeing his continued progress as he builds his career in engineering.
