Overview
This advanced 1-day Fanuc CNC Lathe Programming course is designed for CNC programmers who wish to develop their skills in programming multi-axis turning centres using X, Z, Y, and C axes with live tooling. The programme combines traditional Fanuc G-code programming with Fanuc Manual Guide i (MGi) conversational programming techniques to create efficient and complex machining operations.
Learners will develop the knowledge and practical skills required to program turning, milling, drilling, and tapping operations on modern multi-axis CNC lathes. The course focuses on real-world manufacturing applications, program optimisation, safe programming practices, and the integration of multiple machining processes within a single setup.
This programme is ideal for experienced CNC programmers, process engineers, and machinists progressing from conventional 2-axis turning centres to advanced multi-axis machining environments.
