Course Overview:
The Business Improvement Techniques (BIT) course provides a practical introduction to key modern manufacturing principles that drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. - PDCA Cycle: Plan, Do, Check, Act – a structured approach to problem-solving
- Lean Manufacturing: Reducing waste to maximise value
- Just in Time (JIT): Enhancing efficiency through precise timing of material flow
